About the Business * Consistent pipeline of secured work across East Anglia * Work alongside top-tier main contractors * Strong reputation for quality delivery and repeat business * Medium-sized company offering less red tape and more autonomy on site * Clear opportunity to progress as the company grows * Stable leadership and long-standing presence in the market The Role * Full-time, site-based role in Cambridge * Managing electrical packages on commercial projects typically £1M–£12M * Overseeing subcontractors and labour on site * Responsible for: * Health & Safety * Quality assurance (QA) * Daily site operations * Acting as the main electrical lead on site Requirements * Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor * Comfortable running projects independently * Experience working alongside main contractors * Strong knowledge of H&S and QA processes Package * £55,000 – £60,000 salary * Company van and fuel card * Overtime available * Permanent role with long-term stability
