Apply NowWe are currently recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to join a well-established Electrical Contractor based in Wigan, working on projects across the North West.
The company specialises in electrical installations for apartment and residential/commercial buildings, with projects ranging from 50 to 500 bedrooms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to progress into a Site Manager role, with genuine scope for further development towards Project Manager.
The Role
* Managing electrical installations on residential/commercial apartment schemes
* Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered on programme
* Liaising with the wider project team, including clients and other trades
* Ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with specification
* Supporting with site documentation, progress reporting and quality control
* Opportunity to develop into a Project Manager role with the right support and training
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Site Manager
* Experience working on residential or commercial apartment schemes
* Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes and site management
* SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications (18th Edition essential)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence
