Electrical Site Manager – Central London Day rate: - £320p/d - £350p/d (DOE) Immediate Start – Project ongoing Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Avolon are partnered with a well-established electrical contractor delivering quality design, installation, testing and project management services across commercial, residential, cultural and education sectors. What the role involves — Lead day-to-day site operations and delivery of electrical works on site — Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors, engineers and labour teams — Ensure projects are planned, delivered and completed safely, on time and to the highest standards of quality and compliance — Manage site progress, reporting and documentation to senior management — Champion health & safety and maintain compliance with site regulations and standards What we’re looking for — Proven experience as a Site Manager within electrical, fit-out, M&E or building services environments — Strong leadership and team management skills — Excellent communication with clients, sub-contractors and internal teams — Experience managing large, complex projects within busy central London locations — Site safety qualifications (SMSTS/CSCS) and relevant trade background preferred
