Electrical Site Manager

Electrical Site Manager - Peterborough Contract / Freelance (with potential for ongoing work) Rate: £350 - £400 per day. The Opportunity My client is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical packages on a fast-paced industrial / warehouse fit-out project. This role requires someone who is proactive, organised and confident managing site operations within tight programmes and evolving project demands. Key Responsibilities * Manage all on-site electrical activities from installation through to commissioning * Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently * Ensure full compliance with RAMS, H&S policies and site procedures * Coordinate with other trades to maintain programme and avoid clashes * Monitor progress, quality and productivity against programme targets * Carry out site inspections and support testing & commissioning phases * Report into the Project Manager with regular updates on progress, risks and resource requirements * Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project team Requirements * Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor * Strong background delivering industrial / warehouse fit-out projects (essential) * Ability to manage fast-track programmes and adapt to changing site conditions * Solid technical understanding of electrical building services installations * SMSTS and valid CSCS Card (essential) * First Aid at Work (desirable) What’s on Offer * Competitive day rate with potential for long-term work * Opportunity to work on high-profile, fast-paced projects * Supportive and professional working environment If you are an experienced Electrical Site Manager with the right background and are available to start at short notice, please apply with your CV
