Shifts: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00
About the Role
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large site in Norfolk NR4.
This is a hands-off role, overseeing a skilled engineering team, organising planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Supervisor
* Monitoring the facilities maintenance tasks of a large technical facilities team.
* Organising planned works and additional maintenance projects throughout the site.
* Contacting and coordinating specialist subcontractors for technical works.
* Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
Requirements of the Electrical Supervisor
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering (or equivelant).
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
* Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment.
* Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
