Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a major commercial scheme. You will be responsible for managing on-site electrical operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge and proven experience supervising teams on large-scale commercial or construction projects. Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities: * Supervise day-to-day electrical installation works across the commercial scheme * Lead and coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and site teams * Ensure all work is carried out in line with current regulations and safety standards (e.g. BS 7671) * Monitor project progress and report on timelines, productivity, and performance * Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical plans * Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and toolbox talks * Manage materials, tools, and resources efficiently * Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth delivery * Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively Electrical Supervisor Requirements: * Gold ECS * SSSTS * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial or construction projects * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Strong focus on health & safety and compliance How to Apply If you’re a skilled Electrical Supervisor looking for your next challenge on a commercial scheme, we’d love to hear from you.
