Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor – Stratford, East London Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team based in Stratford, East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to take the next step in their career, overseeing a small team while remaining hands-on within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and lead a team of 3 engineers on a daily basis * Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical works to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently * Carry out electrical maintenance, installation, and fault-finding tasks where required * Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards * Provide technical guidance and support to the team * Maintain accurate records and reports of work carried out * Liaise with clients and management to ensure high levels of service delivery Requirements: * Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Engineer role * Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 18th Edition) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively * Full UK driving licence (preferred) What We Offer: * Competitive salary of £50,000 per annum * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Overtime opportunities available * Company pension scheme * Ongoing training and clear progression opportunities * Additional company benefits If you are a driven Electrical professional looking for a long-term opportunity with career development, we would love to hear from you.
