Apply NowOur engineering client in Hove is looking for two Electrical Technicians/Panel Wirers to work alongside Technicians, Testers and Engineers to ensure high and accurate standard of build and installation.
Key responsibilities and main tasks and activities:
* Interpretation of schematic and general arrangement drawings.
* Layout of panels
* Panel assembly including, preparation of metalwork prior to assembly, cabling and small wiring.
* Copper busbar fitting.
* Panel installation on site.
* Liaising with engineers
Skills and abilities required:
* Electrical and mechanical knowledge
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Ability to interpret schematic and general arrangement drawings
* Teamwork and personal impact
* Consult with the team and other experts as and when required.
* Able to operate within a team, and individually.
* Task focused.
* Strong desire to achieve.
* High attention to detail.
Working Days and Hours
Monday to Thursday, 07:45 to 16:30. Friday 7:45 to 12:15
