Test & Commissioning Engineer
£37-42k + Early Finish Friday + Overtime
Travel 30%-50% UK & Worldwide

Test & Commissioning Engineer - The Role:
Test and validation of machinery and equipment in-house and worldwide customer locations
System software commissioning & generation (Robot, PLC and Kepware code)
System fault finding and diagnostics
Fault rectification
Conducting system wide test and Inspection
Set-up of in-house system software and industrial PCs
Conduct customer training
Development of Robot and PLC software (Drives, Mechanical Controls)
Modification of engineering drawings to support system build and to improve quality
Writing procedures and plans
Completion of technical documentation including test plans and training modules
Remote customer support - fault finding and diagnostics
Test & Commissioning Engineer - The Person:
Ability to read and understand electrical technical drawings.
Experience of PLC fault find and modification (Allen Bradley / Siemens preferred)
‘Hands-on’ experience in building electrical and mechanical equipment
Professional manner with good communication skills. Able to represent the company to a high standard
Flexible manner to adopt new challenges and input from peers and colleagues
Full, clean driving licence and Passport
Located in Shropshire, this role is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Stafford.
