Job Title: Electrical Tester (2391 Qualified) Location: London (Multiple High-Value Residential Properties) Start Date: Immediate Employment Type: Contract / Ongoing Work Job Overview We are currently seeking a qualified Electrical Tester to carry out electrical testing and inspection across high-end, multi-million pound residential properties throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for immediate start and consistent ongoing work. The successful candidate must hold the City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification and have experience working to high standards within residential environments. Key Responsibilities Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and electrical testing on residential properties Perform inspection, testing, and fault finding in accordance with BS7671 regulations Accurately complete and issue test certification and reports Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high professional standard Work across multiple properties throughout London Communicate clearly with clients and project teams where required Requirements City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (essential) Proven experience carrying out EICRs and electrical testing Experience working in high-end residential properties preferred Must have own van and testing equipment/tools Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently Strong attention to detail and safety compliance What’s On Offer Immediate start available Ongoing, consistent work Work on high-value residential properties Opportunity to work across prestigious projects in London
