Job Title: Electrical Tutor / Assessor
Location: Delivering across 2 centres – Derbyshire / Nottingham (must be flexible covering both sites)
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus

Type: Full-time, Permanent
This is great opportunity to join an established training provider, to support the growth and development of their brand-new, Electrical Engineering department.
Duties include:
* Deliver a Level 3 Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship, covering both practical and theoretical competencies (one to one and group delivery).
* Contribute to curriculum design and development, supporting the creation of practical tasks, assessments and learning resources.
* Carry out on site visits, to assess learners within their place of work, in addition to classroom-based training.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in a similar role, delivering Electrical Apprenticeships, up to Level 3.
* Must hold a recognised Teaching and Assessor Awards (AET, PTLLS etc) and (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D Units)
* Must hold the following qualifications:
* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
* C&G 2382 18th edition or equivalent.
* Strong competency, as an Electrician.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
