Nuco Solutions are recruiting a qualified Electrician on behalf of our social housing client based in Barnsley.

Key Responsibilities

* Electrical repairs, installations, and fault finding in occupied and void properties

* Testing, inspection, and certification (EICRs)

* Ensuring all work meets BS 7671 (18th Edition) standards

* Diagnosing faults quickly and delivering effective repairs first time where possible

* Maintaining full compliance with health & safety procedures at all times

* Communicating professionally with tenants and housing staff

* Recording work accurately and completing all relevant documentation

* Delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption to residents

Requirements

* Own van

* ECS Gold Card (Electrician)

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

* City & Guilds 2391 (Test & Inspection)

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

* Asbestos Awareness certification
