Job Title: Electrician (Repairs & Maintenance)
Location: Borehamwood (covering North West London)

Salary: £45,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Start Date: 1st June (earlier start available for the right candidate)

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a growing team, working across North West London on repairs, maintenance, and tenanted properties. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term role with support for further qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in residential properties

* Working within tenanted properties, ensuring minimal disruption and high customer service

* Fault finding, testing, and inspection of electrical systems

* Ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and standards

* Completing job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

* 2391 Testing & Inspection (essential)

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (essential)

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Experience working in domestic or social housing environments

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and customer-facing skills
