Electrician Salary: £37- 40,000 per annum Location: Bristol Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a challenging and varied role in a fast-growing organisation? Our client, a leading facilities management and construction company in the South West, is seeking a skilled and proactive engineer to join their facilities management team who works on a University contract This is an excellent opportunity to work in a company renowned for high-quality projects and exceptional service delivery, with a strong record of growth and investment in its teams. What they Offer: * Permanent position with a 40-hour working week (shifts: 7:00–15:30 and 9:30–18:00) * Out-of-hours call-out rotation (approximately 1 in 6) * Exposure to a wide variety of electrical projects, from planned maintenance to complex repairs * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for professional development and career progression Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations * Test and inspect electrical systems and resolve issues efficiently * Produce detailed work reports to ensure stakeholders are kept informed * Source parts, liaise with manufacturers, and solve complex technical problems * Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures * Use PDAs or electronic devices to manage and report work Essential skills: * C&G Level 3 2357 or equivalent, and/or relevant apprenticeship * Minimum 3 years’ experience in building maintenance (planned, reactive, remedial) * AM2 assessment completed * C&G 2382 18th Edition * Full UK driving license * ECS Gold Card Desirable: * IOSH – Working safely or CSCS Card * L8 Awareness If you would like to discuss this opportunity, please contact Ellie Benson on (phone number removed)
