Electrician – Social Housing – 2391 Testing & Inspection – Ongoing Contract – Chesterfield / Derby We are recruiting experienced Electricians for long-term contract work on social housing properties across the Chesterfield and Derby area. The work includes void properties and tenanted properties, carrying out 1st fix, 2nd fix installations and electrical testing. Requirements: • Experience as a Domestic / Social Housing Electrician • Experience working in void and occupied properties • Competent with 1st & 2nd fix installations • 2391 Testing & Inspection preferred • Able to work independently and maintain electrical safety standards Location: Applicants must be based within 45 minutes of Chesterfield or the outskirts of Derby.
