Job Tile: Electrician Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: Hammersmith & Fulham Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary: £20.75 - £24.60 per hour We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join the reactive maintenance division of a well-established social housing contractor. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, efficient electrical repairs and upgrades across both occupied and unoccupied residential properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance to social housing properties, ensuring work meets the needs of tenants and complies with safety and regulatory standards, working in both occupied and vacant homes as required. Use a PDA or mobile device to accurately complete time sheets, job sheets, and records detailing the work carried out and materials used after each visit. Collaborate and coordinate with other trades and departments as necessary to ensure timely and effective completion of repairs and maintenance tasks, maintaining clear communication throughout.Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) 18th Edition 2391 Inspection & Testing City & Guilds Level 3 Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP Basic DBS CheckBenefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided as part of the role package.
