Salary: £45,480.78 per annum + on-call allowance & benefits

About the Role
A reputable property services organisation is seeking a qualified Electrician to deliver high-quality maintenance, repairs, and installation works across a residential portfolio.
This role involves working on day-to-day repairs, planned maintenance, and improvement projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation works in domestic properties
Ensure all work complies with current legislation and industry standards (BS7671)
Deliver planned, cyclical, and responsive maintenance tasks
Support refurbishment and void property works
Complete all work within agreed timescales and performance targets
Work in line with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements
Participate in an out-of-hours rota
Undertake additional duties as reasonably required
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a similar electrical role within housing or property maintenance
Strong knowledge of domestic electrical systems, fault finding, and testing
Ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
Qualifications
18th Edition (City & Guilds 2382 - Requirements for Electrical Installations, BS7671)
Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
Additional Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check (if required)
