About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join a team on a permanent basis, working across Lewisham’s housing stock of approximately 47,000 properties.
You will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing and installations within residential properties, ensuring homes remain safe and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installations across residential properties.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
* Deliver a professional, customer-focused service to residents.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or an equivalent recognised qualification.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
* Experience in domestic electrical maintenance, ideally within social housing.
* Full UK driving licence.
