Job Title: Electrician - Social Housing Maintenance

Salary: £45,000 + Call Out + Overtime

Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a responsive maintenance team working across MOD housing estates in London and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and testing within occupied domestic properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive electrical repairs and fault finding
Complete EICRs, testing & inspection works
Undertake remedial works and minor electrical installations
Complete all certification using a tablet system
Work within occupied social housing properties
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and BS 7671 standards

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
AM2 qualification
ECS Card
2391 / 2395 Testing & Inspection
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience within domestic or social housing maintenance

Benefits:

£45,000 basic salary
£150 weekly on-call payment
Overtime available (Mon-Fri x1 / Sat x1.5 / Sun x2)
