Job Title: Social Housing Electrician Location: Manchester Start Date: 9th March 2026 Contract: Up to 12 months We are currently seeking a qualified Social Housing Electrician to work on refurbishment schemes across Manchester. This role involves working in occupied properties, carrying out electrical installations, testing, and remedial works. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation AM2 2391-52 (Inspection & Testing) Gold ECS Card Full UK Driving Licence Basic DBS issued within the last 12 months (assistance available if required) Duties: Electrical installation and maintenance works on social housing refurbishment projects Inspection, testing, certification, and fault finding Working professionally and respectfully in occupied homes What's Included: Company van & fuel card (business use only) Full work uniform provided If you're reliable, qualified, and ready to start on 9th March, we'd love to hear from you
