Meridian - Electrical testers/testing electricians required - Lucrative opportunity** Meridian requires Electrical Testers & Testing Electricians with a commercial/industrial background to work on a large-scale project for a UK leading contractor near Reading, Berkshire. Starts available throughout March 2026 Location – Near Reading, Berkshire Duration – Ongoing *****This is a very lucrative, long-term opportunity where you can maximise your earning potential through 11-day fortnight working pattern***** (Wk1 – 68.5 hrs, Wk2 – 42hrs) with lots of midweek and weekend overtime available***** **ALL WEEKEND HOURS ARE PAID AT X2 DOUBLE = £52.18 per hour** *****Travel, Lodging and weekly bonuses paid weekly***** Security Clearance must be obtained to work this role (we will assist you through this process every step of the way – this is at no cost to you) Start Date: ASAP (2 weeks from application commencement dependant on SC Security Clearance process) Requirements: JIB Gold Card, IPAF, testing & inspection qualifications and experience & willingness for Security Clearance Methods of pay - Pay as You Earn (PAYE) - ONLY - No payroll company charges Electrical Testers & Testing Electricians PAYE rates, allowances and bonuses Monday - Friday 1st 37.5 hours £26.09 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) Midweek overtime - any hours after 37.5 (Mon-Fri) £39.14 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) All Saturday and all Sunday hours £52.18 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) Lodge £70 per day (taxed) Travel Allowance (taxed Periodic fare dependent on home location) Travel Time (Periodic hours dependent upon home location) £50 Bonus paid weekly dependent on quality and £50 Bonus paid weekly on productivity/attendance – (both taxed) Fortnightly completions Incentive bonus £110 - Must work full 11 days to qualify – (taxed) If you are suitable for this role and would like to express an interest, please apply to this job advert to be contacted by one of our specialist team
