Apply NowWe are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician in the areas of – North/East London
Do you have a full driving licence? Have a positive can-do attitude?
We are currently looking for qualified electricians to carry out a range of services associated with investigate, diagnose and repairing of domestic premises including Electrical Condition Reports.
You will be carrying out all types of electrical work, including reactive maintenance.
You will need to be able to :-
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Operate in accordance with H & S and Quality procedures
- Accurately record work details via internal and client systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- You will Have a positive can-do attitude
- Be able to provide copies of all your certificates for your current training
- Have completed and have certificates or City and Guilds certificate in Electrics
- Be able to demonstrate experience with social housing as a maintenance Electrician.
- PDA experience.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary from: £40,000 per year to £50,000 depending on experience & qualifications.

* Monday to Friday
* Call Out Rota - Currently 1 in 10 - mon to sun £250.00 a week & £30 per call
* 8 hour shift - 8am to 5pm

Ability to commute/relocate:
* London: or reliably able to commute to & from work (required)
Experience:
* Electrical: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* CSCS (not mandatory )
* Clean Driving Licence
* City & Guilds 2330/2391/294/2395 [preferred]
* J.I.B/GOLD CARD [not mandatory ]
* 18TH EDITION [Preferred]
* NVQ 3 [Preferred
