The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join their Manufacturing Engineering team. You will lead a small team of Electronics Manufacturing and Test Engineers/Technicians and manage projects supporting the introduction of new products, processes, and automated test systems. Key Responsibilities +Lead and develop a small team of Electronics Manufacturing & Test Engineers/Technicians +Deliver new products, processes, and automated test equipment into manufacturing +Design, develop, validate, and document automated test and verification systems +Support manufacturing through structured fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and robust corrective actions +Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and external suppliers Essential Skills & Experience +Advanced electronic and electrical design expertise +Experience designing circuits and PCB layouts for test and programming equipment using modern CAD tools +Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability on high-sensitivity electronic assemblies +Experience within a technical manufacturing or electronics engineering environment This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of advanced electronics manufacturing capability within a respected and growing engineering business.
