This role allows for flexible working. The salary for this role is up to £64k, depending on experience.   What you'll be doing Lead electrical and electronic design and development across the full product lifecycle, ensuring delivery to cost, time, and quality. Provide technical expertise on analogue/digital circuits, PCB design, and electro-mechanical systems while supporting product manufacturing, installation, and service life. Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing. Contribute to company standards, bid preparation, and proposals. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and customers to ensure compliance with requirements, V&V processes, and industry standards. Undertake line management duties, including resource allocation, recruitment support, and team development. Ensure team welfare, tools, and safety compliance.
