As part of our engineering team, you will: * Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment * Support high-speed production and packaging lines * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives * Knowledge & understanding of Plc's is beneficial * Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards What We're Looking For * Proven experience in an FMCG or high-speed manufacturing environment * Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills * Knowledge of PLC systems (desirable) * Any Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / HNC / equivalent) * Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
