We are partnered with a leading PLC housebuilder in Kent to strengthen their Technical department with an Engineering Coordinator. Working closely with their Engineering Manager, your main focus will be adoptions – inspecting designs and completed works from external engineers, calling off certificates and liaising with management companies for effective handovers etc. The ideal candidate will ideally bring experience from a consultancy or housebuilder, with relevant engineering qualifications.
