Engineering Manager Glasgow, Scotland DOE + Discretionary Bonus 4 on 4 off (Days) Large-Scale Food Manufacturing We are recruiting an Engineering Manager for a high-volume, fast-paced food manufacturing situated in Greater Glasgow. Operating 24/7 and supplying all major UK retailers, this business is running at 95% capacity with significant scale. This is not a tools-based role. We are looking for strong engineering leaders who can manage, develop, and drive performance across sizeable engineering teams in a demanding production environment. The Role * Lead and manage a team of 8–10 engineers per shift * Ensure maximum equipment uptime in a 24/7 operation * Drive reactive and preventative maintenance performance * Work closely with Production to support site KPIs * Promote a strong safety and compliance culture * Be flexible when required to support operational demands This role operates on a 4 on 4 off days pattern, with some flexibility required depending on site needs. About You We are looking for someone who: * Has proven leadership experience within a large food manufacturing site * Is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Has experience managing engineering teams. * Understands the demands of major retailer supply * Is proactive, resilient, and thrives in operational environments Package * Strong package (dependent on experience) * Discretionary annual bonus (paid pre-Christmas) * 31 days holiday * 3% employer pension contribution * Permanent opportunity
