Apply NowA global FMCG organisation based in Stockport are currently recruiting for an Engineering Shift Lead to join their Maintenance Department on a permanent basis.

Work arrangement/Shift:– Hours when on shift are 06:30 – 18:30
Week 1 – 4 nights and 3 off
Week 2 – 3 days – 1 off – 3 nights
Week 3 – 3 off – 4 days
Week 4 – Week off
Key experience required:
* Working on a reactive and preventative basis in a fast paced environment
* Liaising with the EngineeringManager on LEAN / CI implementation practices
* Working knowledge of CMMS is essential
* Genuine opportunity for career development with an organisation with high staff retention
