Engineering Supervisor Waterloo Location: Waterloo Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30 Salary: £60,000 The Role We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering operations across a portfolio of high-end residential buildings. Reporting to the Residential Building Manager, you’ll oversee on-site engineers and specialist contractors, ensuring all M&E systems and life-safety infrastructure are safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a premium resident experience while minimising disruption. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all M&E systems (HVAC, lighting, life safety, water, access control). * Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance in line with SLAs and SFG20 standards. * Ensure full statutory compliance (fire, water hygiene, electrical, lifts, etc.). * Manage hard services contractors and monitor performance against KPIs. * Lead and develop the on-site engineering team. * Maintain accurate records, certification, and compliance documentation. * Support capital projects, lifecycle planning, and asset improvements. * Monitor energy usage and identify efficiency improvements. * Work closely with front-of-house and estate teams to minimise resident impact. * Participate in on-call rota and provide support during emergencies. About You * Level 3 Electrical qualification or a Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering (essential). * Experience in a similar role (residential or mixed-use preferred). * Strong knowledge of compliance standards (L8, EICR, SFG20, LOLER, PUWER). * Proven experience managing teams and contractors. * Familiar with CAFM systems * Proactive, organised Benefits * Annual Bonus * Excellent pension up to 17.5% * Private Healthcare * Annual pay reviews Gym/Dental
