Job title: Engineering Supervisor (M&E) Location: Central London - Regent Street, West End Terms: Permanent Contract, Full Time - 40 hours per week Salary/rate: Salary up to £55,000 + package Requirements: Qualifications Required Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Essential) Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor or Lead Engineer within Facilities Management / Building Services Strong technical background within M&E maintenance Experience working on high-end commercial or corporate buildings Good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of work Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clientsAbout the company: A well-established and reputable Facilities Management provider is currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor to work on a high-end commercial contract on Regent Street in London's West End. Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of M&E engineers on site Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities Ensure all technical issues and building services faults are resolved efficiently Maintain and manage KPI and SLA performance Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures Manage the permit-to-work system and safe systems of work Assist with small project works and building shutdowns Maintain strong day-to-day client relationships Support the technical development and performance of the engineering teamCandidate requirements: Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor within FM / Building Services Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems Experience working within high-end commercial environments Client-facing, professional, and confident communicator Proven leadership and team management skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
