Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality English lessons to students across various key stages (KS3, KS4, and KS5) Develop engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to a variety of learning styles Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Support students in developing both their academic and personal growth Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature A passion for teaching and engaging students in the subject Experience in a UK secondary school setting is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities Why Join Aspire People?
