We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school with a thriving sixth form in Luton to recruit a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for a permanent role starting September 2026.

The Role
Teach English across KS3–KS5 (depending on experience)
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons
Track and support student progress to achieve strong outcomes
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
Work collaboratively within a committed English department
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong subject knowledge in English Language and/or Literature
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
Ability to inspire and motivate students
Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
