What you’ll be doing Teaching English across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities in some schools Planning and delivering engaging lessons that go beyond the textbook Creating a classroom culture where every student feels heard Working alongside supportive departments who share ideas, not just resources What the schools are like Think supportive SLT, clear behaviour policies that are actually followed, and departments that collaborate rather than compete.
