Salary: £105.00 - £120 per day / Competitive
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

We're partnering with a welcoming and inclusive specialist school in Rochdale, who are looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils and making a real, positive impact every day.
About the Role:
Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs
Work alongside the class teacher to support lessons, manage behaviour, and implement personalised strategies
Encourage emotional regulation, independence, and consistent daily routines
Support progress monitoring and maintain clear communication with the wider multidisciplinary team What We're Looking For:
Previous experience supporting children with SEND in an education or care environment
Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude
A solid understanding of Autism and wider SEND needs
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification To be eligible you must:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
