ER Adviser
The ideal candidates will have experience of working in a fast-paced and high volume ER casework environment, understanding ER casework and change management preferably from within a facilities management company, but other sector experience is welcome. Your experience should include: -
Handling complex ER casework including dismissal due to Some Other Substantial Reason (SOSR)
Understanding restructure and handling consultation meetings
Understanding ACAS Conciliations
Understanding how the changes in the Employment Rights Bill will impact organisations from April 2026You will work as part of an Employee Relations team, who share the workload. You should be willing to learn and have a patient approach.
