Estimating Manager (Construction) £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + Fast Progression into Senior Leadership + Award Winning Company Benefits Cookstown, Northern Ireland Exciting Lead Estimator opportunity with real autonomy and responsibility - join a growing Cookstown office backed by a global business, where you'll take ownership of live pricing activity of exciting Structural Projects while managing a small growing design / estimating team. This Lead Estimator role places you at the centre of a developing Cookstown team, pricing construction enquiries while supporting the day-to-day running of the estimating function. Alongside your own estimating responsibilities, you will guide team priorities and ensure enquiries are handled efficiently. Working closely with project staff and clients, this Construction Estimator position combines hands-on estimating with leadership responsibility, offering genuine progression opportunities as the office continues to grow.
