Estimator - Facades

I am working with a reputable building envelope contractor seeking an Estimator to join their commercial team due to sustained growth. They are open to: * An experienced façade / cladding estimator OR * A candidate with transferable estimating experience from a related construction discipline who can be developed The Role You will be responsible for: * Preparing detailed cost estimates for façade and remediation projects * Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documents * Producing take-offs and BOQs * Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations * Supporting tender submissions * Working closely with technical and delivery teams For experienced façade estimators, there may be flexibility on hybrid working. For developing candidates, this role will require full-time office attendance initially.
