What you’ll be doing
Reviewing tender documents, drawings and specifications for civils and utilities projects.
Preparing detailed cost estimates covering labour, plant, materials and subcontractor packages.
Developing pricing models for pipelines, ducting, cabling and associated infrastructure.
Producing cost plans, BoQs and pricing schedules aligned to framework requirements.
Working with engineering and delivery teams to validate scope, methodologies and programme assumptions.
Managing and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Identifying risks, opportunities and value engineering options.
Supporting tender submissions, clarifications and commercial discussions.What you’ll bring
Experience in construction, utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering.
Strong understanding of estimating techniques and engineering methodologies.
Ability to interpret drawings and multidisciplinary scopes.
Proficiency with estimating software and Excel-based pricing models.
Solid commercial awareness and understanding of project risk.
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.What’s on offer
