We're Hiring - Estimator (Civils & Groundworks) Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their Civils & Groundworks team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute individual who understands the technical and financial aspects of pricing civil engineering and groundworks packages. The role will involve: * Preparing detailed and competitive tenders * Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation * Identifying and pricing risk appropriately * Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors * Supporting value engineering opportunities * Assisting in handover to delivery teams We are looking for someone who: * Has solid experience estimating civils and groundworks projects * Understands buildability and site sequencing * Is commercially aware and detail focused * Can work independently and take ownership of tenders * Wants to grow with a progressive contractor This client offers a strong pipeline of work, a supportive environment, and genuine opportunity for progression within a growing business.
