Estimator

The Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of fabrication disciplines. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects are priced efficiently and professionally from enquiry through to submission. Key Responsibilities - Preparing detailed cost estimates from drawings and specifications - Carrying out material take-offs and labour calculations - Pricing structural steel, architectural metalwork, and general fabrication projects - Reviewing tender documents and identifying risks and opportunities - Liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations - Supporting tender submissions and handovers to project teams - Working with Excel, PlanSwift to support estimating activities About You - Relevant industry experience - Qualified, with strong practical experience in fabrication and steelwork - Comfortable working across a broad range of fabrication project types - Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness - Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment - Right to work in the UK and a valid driving licence What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone reliable, commercially minded, and motivated — an Estimator who takes pride in accurate pricing and wants to grow with a business that is building momentum
