Estimator
Responsibilities:
* Compile bids and tenders for new work.
* Identify and recommend ways to reduce costs.
* Prepare and analyse cost estimates.
* Calculate costs of materials, transport, labour and equipment hire.
* Work with subcontractors and obtain quotes.
* Collate detailed price lists.
* Follow all health and safety requirements.
* Present bids or estimates to clients when required.
* Prepare and submit final quotations for work.
Must:
* Have previous Main Contract Estimating experience.
