The Role
As an Estimator, you’ll be instrumental in the early stages of projects—interpreting technical drawings, preparing detailed costings, and supporting the overall bid strategy to help secure new business.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), pricing models, and tender submissions
Liaise with suppliers, analyse quotations, and support tender strategy
Contribute to value engineering and risk assessment processes
About You
Previous experience in an estimating role (construction or steel preferred)
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to liaise across technical and commercial teams
