Estimator – Facades & Cladding Location: Leicester (Office-based / Hybrid) Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) + package About the Role We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in facades and cladding to join a well-established specialist contractor based in Leicester. You will be responsible for pricing façade packages across a range of commercial and residential projects, from tender stage through to final submission. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate cost estimates for façade and cladding packages (rainscreen, curtain walling, SFS, glazing, ACM, etc.) * Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation * Carry out take-offs and build-up of rates * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations * Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks * Support pre-construction and commercial teams during tender reviews * Attend tender meetings as required Requirements * Proven experience as an Estimator within facades and cladding * Strong understanding of façade systems and materials * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Commercially astute with strong attention to detail * Proficient in Excel and estimating software * Excellent communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer * Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience * Competitive benefits package * Stable workload with a reputable contractor * Opportunity to work on high-value, technically complex projects
