Our schools look for Early Career Teachers Who:
Demonstrates a secure understanding of the EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum
Brings a positive, proactive approach to classroom teaching
Open to feedback and committed to continuous professional development
Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
ECTs with experience of schemes such as RWI, Letters and Sounds, White Rose Maths, Oxford Reading Tree, Rising Stars and others are highly encouraged to apply
