European Sales Manager

You might be living in South Wales although the Company is open to you being based in any UK location. You must have a stable career history within the Manufacturing or Engineering Industry.
A rare opportunity to join a Global market leader in thermal management systems for commercial vehicles, off-highway machinery and energy storage solutions. You will be a commercially sharp, people focused Sales Manager to help us continue our success across the UK & Europe. This is a newly created role and you must have a track record of success in selling Engineered products in the European marketplace. Your career will have developed within Engineering or Manufacturing industry.
Any European language skills would be very attractive to the business
You will work closely with the Sales Director to shape and deliver our European sales strategy, win new Business, and work within a high performing team. This is a hands on sales role blending strategic growth, key account management and developing new business,this is not a Team management role
* Own and grow key customer accounts (with full P&L responsibility)
* Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
* Build strong relationships across customers and markets
* Represent the business across the UK & Europe (regular travel required)
You’re a proven sales professional with a strong track record in technical or industrial sectors.
* Experienced in senior sales or sales management roles
* Strong record of winning new business across UK/European markets
* Skilled in key account management and commercial ownership
* Confident professional with the ability to drive performance and growth
* Commercially astute, proactive and highly driven and self motivated

You’re a proven sales professional with a strong track record in technical or industrial sectors.
* 4 Day week Mon-Thursday 36 Hours
* Discretionary incentive bonus
