Join One of West Sussex’s Leading Grounds Maintenance Teams
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our growing team and help maintain high standards across our sites.
We maintain a number of large residential developments across West Sussex and deliver consistently high standards across all sites.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and can work to a high standard with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Grass cutting (ride-on and pedestrian mowers)
* Strimming and edging
* Hedge cutting and pruning
* Weed control and general site presentation
* Seasonal work and occasional landscaping support
* Basic maintenance of tools and equipment
You’ll be working across residential developments and managed estates, maintaining a consistently high standard on every site.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Full UK driving licence (essential)
✔ At least 1 year grounds maintenance experience preferred
✔ Confident using mowers, strimmers and hedge cutters
✔ Reliable and able to work as part of a team
We’re looking for someone who:

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7:30am – 4:30pm (4:00pm finish in winter)
Based out of our yard in Chichester, working across local sites.
