Extrusion Machine Operator

Connect Appointments is recruiting an Extrusion Machine Operator to join an established Rhyl-based manufacturer on a permanent basis. Our client operates from a busy production facility in Rhyl, with a strong focus on quality output and continuous improvement across their manufacturing operations. What's on offer? Full-time permanent position Rotating shift pattern of 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am £12.50 per hour, paid weeklyAs an Extrusion Machine Operator, your duties will include: Setting up and operating automated extrusion machines in line with production specifications Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain quality and output Loading raw materials and ensuring correct material usage for each production run Inspecting finished products to confirm they meet quality and dimensional standards Completing production records, quality checks and downtime logs accuratelyThe ideal Extrusion Machine Operator will have: Previous experience operating extrusion or similar automated production machinery A good understanding of machine controls and automated production processes Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor quality and identify faults Good health and safety awareness within a manufacturing environment The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamInterested?
