We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a vibrant primary school community in Blackburn. This is a full-time position starting ASAP. The Role As our EYFS Teacher, you won't just be "teaching"-you'll be sparking curiosity and building the foundations for lifelong learning. You will be responsible for: Creating a Stimulating Environment: Designing indoor and outdoor learning spaces that encourage child-led exploration. Delivering the Curriculum: Planning and implementing engaging lessons across the seven areas of learning. Assessment & Tracking: Using observations to monitor progress and tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of every child. Building Partnerships: Maintaining strong, positive relationships with parents and carers to support the "whole child" transition into school life. What We Are Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential. EYFS Expertise: A deep understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework and Development Matters. Energy & Creativity: Someone who can turn a cardboard box into a spaceship and a puddle into a science experiment. Resilience: The ability to stay calm, patient, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
