Pay: £160 per day

Aspire People is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and vibrant primary school in the Birmingham and Worcester area, starting in September 2026.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will have the opportunity to shape the learning experience for young children, guiding them through their early education in a nurturing and inspiring environment. You will work closely with a supportive team to deliver an engaging curriculum, promote positive learning outcomes, and ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
Provide a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
Support children's social, emotional, and educational growth.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Promote positive behaviour and a strong sense of well-being in the classroom.
