You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education, supporting children’s development, and creating a nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
* Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
* Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
* Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching within EYFS settings
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Flexible, adaptable, and reliable
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
